My three season porch has recently become my favorite room in my apartment (pictures coming soon). It started as a storage room, then became an unused art studio, and now it's a place I bring my plants back to life. My plants (and cat) are loving the sunlight that pours through the eight windows that surround this little room. The love seat and chair I have been desperately trying to get rid of on Craigslist have now found a home, and my mornings are spent sipping coffee and admiring the flowering geraniums. The latest bloom was the fuchsia geranium plant which got me thinking about how I can use that color in designs. It's one on those colors that is perfect for accents, but you don't want to get carried away.
The zebra print pillows make for a nice backdrop for the fuchsia flowers.
Creative artwork, fuchsia glass table, and classic white sofa create an elegant, but playful setting.
I am very much in love with silver right now, but this might even be a bit too much for me. However, I love the contrast between the beautiful silver bed and fuchsia arm chair. Very glamorous!
